Comfortable beds in our a double room. Good choice of supplies in the room: climate control, pay television, and a refrigerator. Unbeatable and comfy location in Tokyo, so close to Shinagawa Seaside, which is a pain to get to, plus trains in Tokyo stop running at around midnight, shopping mall, and convenience stores.

It was really really nice stay, I didn't feel like leaving and would like to stay there on the next trip.

Had a really nice stay for one night. Overall it was neat with the view. The staff were very amiable and respectful and knew the area. The hotel was in a peaceful location, close to two different stations.

Reasonably spacious room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Comfy and amazing location near airport or the city. Friendly, particularly helpful people working here.

Brand-new spacious rooms with good views to the Tokyo bay, and climate control, TV and a refrigerator. Good size bathrooms with bathtubs. Location very close to restaurant and convenience stores. Appetising food in the restaurants such as Yakinikuomoniarufa, located 15 min away...

The big size and fairly quiet room had a great view. The location of the hotel was comfortable and stunning - not too far away from Kaiunji Temple.

Easy to get to, marvellous and excellant location next to airport or the city, and the Shibuya or the other core areas of Tokyo. A kettle, air conditioning, and a sofa bed available in the twin room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect for me as it was right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Additionally, there was a large shopping mall nearby and plenty of convenience stores, ensuring that I had everything I needed within reach. Secondly, the staff were very helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the room facilities were good, with new towels provided every day. It was great value for money and I highly recommend it to others.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

in general, i loved my reasonably large and brand-new room with phone to contact front. an electric kettle and a fridge were provided if needed. the location seemed quiet and the best to haneda airport.
